Bei Ye New Brothers Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.(BOYOL) was established in 1997 and currently has over 2,000 employees. Its shareholders include Haier, Cainiao, and Bei Ye's core entrepreneurial teams. It has a national warehouse area of more than 1.2 million square meters, 4 distribution centers (covering North, East, South, and Southwest China), and fleets of trucks stationed nationwide.

1997

Bei Ye New Brother (BOYOL) was established in Guangzhou.

- Collaboration with Kohler.

 

1998

- Commenced round trip double lane transportation.

- Bei Ye self-operated vehicles commenced business in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,Suzhou,Hangzhou, and other cities in China.

2002 - 2008

2002 - In 2002, BOYOL’s headquarter was moved from Guangzhou to Shanghai.

 

2004 - The company ranked first in China’s Sanitary ware logistics.

 

2007 - Cooperated with IKEA in 2007 to build their logistics service capabilities in large scale furniture (home assembly).

 

2008 - Nutritional Products and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) divisions were established.

2009 - 2012

2009 - Ranked number 1 (one) in Business to Customer (B2C) large-scale home furniture business in China.

2013 - 2015

- Established a joint venture with Haier and Tmall.

- Provision of supply chain logistics solution services.

- Became an AAAA-level certified logistics enterprise by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
